Visa department works:
- For documents submission: from Monday till Thursday: 8.30 - 12.00
- Passports return (on the next day after submission)
             from Monday till Thursday: 14.00 - 14.30;
             Friday: 11.30 - 12.00

Payment for visa:

Visa rate is paid only with cash (85,00 dollars/passport).

Visa rate is paid at the moment of documents submission for visa
Paid for visa money isn’t returned if you are refused a visa, or you have decided not to submit documents
Passports with visas are issued next day.
Visa rate is changed according to currency course. .

Registration for interview:

For interview registration you can use reference www.eda.admin.ch/kiev or phone on the number +38 044 5949622, from 10:00 till 18:00 from Monday till Friday.

Service fee is 35 grivnas (including VAT) per an applicant.
This amount is paid notwithstanding visa fee (that is paid directly in the Embassy).

Service fee is paid before interview registration (sum of service fee can change, and it depends on currency fluctuations). The payment is made by cash in any Promivestbank branch, paid money isn’t returned.

All documents, submitted to Embassy, must be translated into German, French and English.
