These countries announced single principles of entrance and short-term stay on their territories. To enter Schengen territory the citizens of third countries should have travel document with actual visa. Visas, which are issued before Slovak joining the Schengen are also valid after joining, but only on Slovak territory. The money amount for coverage of stay is 1700 Slovak Krones per day (about 55 Euro). For Ukrainians up to 16 years, which does not have own travel document, the entrance to Slovak territory is possible only accompanied by a person, in which foreign passport and visa he is inserted. Schengen member states issue uniform visas, which allow the owner to enter and stay in Schengen zone: Visa type „À” – valid for air passengers only, does not allow to leave the airport territory. Transit visa „” – allows transit through Schengen territory (duration of stay should not exceed 5 days) short-term visa „Ñ” – allows stay in Schengen zone up to 90 days within six month after the date of first entrance. Besides uniform Schengen visas, Schengen states can issue national visas „D”, as well as permission to stay, which are valid on the territory of issuing country. Long-termed visas allow visa-free transit through Schengen territory, which is restricted up to 5 days. The permission to stay, issued by one Schengen member state, allows its owner to trip and stay in Schengen zone within three months. Consular fees for citizens of Ukraine, Russia, Albania, Moldavia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia makes 35 Euro, visa is issued within 10 calendar days. For the citizens of other states consular fees make 60 euro. The citizens of Ukraine, which are released from consular fees according to the Agreement between Ukraine and EU on simplifying visa regime:
* - upon availability of other documents, which are necessary for submission of visa application. In extraordinary circumstances, when the application is submitted three days before the intended departure, for Ukrainians and Russians the consulate fee can 70 euro.
