Multi-visa - CYP 20

Documents requirements
1. Application form is filled in with blue pen, in capital letters according to the template
2. No corrections are allowed
3. Clear and visible photo (face - big).
4. Letter of attorney are not made for relatives or family members
5. For under aged permit from parents registered in notary are necessary
6. Each passport requires separate document package (copies)
7. Third parties can apply with letter of attorney from applicant
