EU passport holders don’t need Greek visa.
General guidlines:
- Under aged (up to 18 лет) aren’t authorized to apply for visa. Parents (or one parent-guardian) should apply
- Passport of the applicant should be valid minimum tree months after the trip
- To obtain visa you should have minimum 2 clear pages.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Diplomatic passport holder can travel in/to EU Member States (except Denmark, UK and Ireland) and stay at the territory up to 90 within 180 days without visa.

Invitation from host European company, legal entity, state enterprise, trade chamber, etc. stating information about Ukrainian company: title, full address – and information on the person invited.

Letter of Ukrainian national association of transport operators stating the scope of travel, period of time and frequency.

ATTENTION!
- The following information should be present in invitations / letters / certificates: full name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport data, time and scope of trip, number of trips, period of trip, accompanying people if present
- Abovementioned documents concern only confirmation of the scope of trip. Consulate has the right to require additional documents.

VISA FEES
For citizens of Ukraine visa fee is thirty five (35) euro. For the following
categories of applicants visa is FREE:
- Close relatives (Close relatives (spouses, children, parents, grandparents and
grandchildren) of Ukrainian citizens that live and work in Greece
- Members of central and regional bodies of state administrations, Verkhovna Rada
of Ukraine and Crimes, regional councils, Constitutional and Supreme Court. Permanent
members of official delegations, participation in meeting with Greek authorities
- Pupils, students or aspirants studying or participating in seminars as well as
teachers accompanying
- Physically-disabled people and accompanying persons
- Applicants on the following reasons: health problems, funeral, visit of serious
patient (close relative) with confirming documents
- Sport delegations
- Participants of research programs and cultural exchanges
- Journalists
- Senior citizens
- Drivers, international routes (T.I.R.)
- Under aged (up to 18 years) and up to 21 years, if they live with family.
The visa fee increase to seventy euro is the application is submitted 3
days before the day trip. This provision doesn’t concern:
- Members of central and regional bodies of state administrations, Verkhovna Rada
of Ukraine and Crimes, regional councils, Constitutional and Supreme Court.
Permanent members of official delegations, participation in meeting with Greek authorities
- Physically-disabled people and accompanying persons
- Applicants on the following reasons: health problems, funeral, visit of serious
patient (close relative) with confirming documents
- Journalists
- Senior citizens.
Visa fee remains 35 euro if the application is submitted 3 days before the trip for the following category:
- Close relatives (spouses, children, parents, grandparents and grandchildren) of Ukrainian
citizens that live and work in Greece
- Pupils, students or aspirants studying or participating in seminars as well as teachers accompanying
- Sport delegations
- Participants of research programs and cultural exchanges
- Drivers, international routes (T.I.R.)
- Under aged (up to 18 years) and up to 21 years, if they live with family.
From 1 of July 2004 citizens traveling to Schengen Member States and
Switzerland (visa category C) should have valid insurance policy.
ATTENTION!
- Moldova citizens should apply to General Consulate in Odessa
- Citizens of Ukraine and Moldova that live in Greece and submitted an application on issuance or prolongation of work/living permit, are considered to live in Greece legally up to the time administrative bodies defines on their application (Art. 11 Law 3386/2005).
