To apply for visa you should be registered for an interview. For an interview you should:

1) Pay a service fee (35 Hryvnya) (in every branch of Prominvestbank; is paid independently from visa fee; to pay it you should have foreign passport). Bank branches www.pib.com.ua

2) To call +380 (44) 369 56 79 or +38 050 117 9006 no sooner than in a day after service fee payment and register for an interview. Call from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.

Application for Schengen visa is possible if you are registered for an interview. Third party can obtain passport in consulate if he has letter of attorney.

Documents requirements

Foreign passport
• Foreign passport valid during trip + 3 months. One clear page for every visa
• Clear photo in passport

Application form
• Every applicant should submit 2 application forms
• Application forms can be filled in by the third party but should be signed by the applicant

Photo requirements
• Taken against a light background (white or light) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background
• Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
• Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
• 35mm x 45mm in size.
• Full face, non-smiling without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.

Insurance
• Minimum coverage is 30.000 Euro per person
• The coverage should be paid by insurance company in all Schengen member states.
• The costs are to be covered:
- connected with repatriation (medical reasons)
- emergency
- hospitalization
• Police should be valid during the period pf visit

Necessary documents: Documents necessary for visa application you’ll find above. If you lack some of the documents you’ll be asked to come again with full package of the documents. The German consulate is authorized to call for additional documents which are not listed depending on the type of trip.
