Telephone for registration of applications on long-term visas for applicants, who are registered in: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskiy, Zhytomyr, Kiev, Cherkassy, Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Kirovograd, Nikolayev and Odessa regions: +380502110449 from 9.00 till 12.00 and from 14.00 till 16.00 Application for Shengen visa in Czech Republic Embassy Consular Section can be handed in by the applicant, who wants to visit only Czech Republic in Shengen zone. If an applicant can’t determine the main country of his staying in Shengen zone, Czech Republic should be the first Shengen zone country, which would be crossed by an applicant (in international Czech Republic airport) for application acceptance.

Application for Shengen visa in Czech Republic Embassy Consular Section can be handed in by the applicant, who wants to visit only Czech Republic in Shengen zone. If an applicant can’t determine the main country of his staying in Shengen zone, Czech Republic should be the first Shengen zone country, which would be crossed by an applicant (in international Czech Republic airport) for application acceptance.

From 19.11.2007 applications for long-term visas and permissions for long-term staying in the country are taken just according to previous registration. It means that exact date and time of application handing in will be appointed to an applicant.

For previous registration with an aim of long-term visa execution application and long-term staying in the country permission, an applicant should phone during work days from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00 on phone: +380502110449. Above stated phone number is used only for registration.
