Visa and consulate departments work Monday-Friday 09:30 - 12:00.
There is no pre-registration for applications.
Documents can be submitted by third parties with the letter of attorney which is written by the applicant with national passport data of the third party.
Documents should be submitted minimum three weeks before the trip.
Minimum period of documents review – 10 days

The documents submitted to the embassy should be translated into German or English
