Attention of client: delivery cost within Odessa city on the date of the order is 6 UAH per ticket.
Delivery on the following day is 4 UAH per ticket.

In case of rejection of issued tickets station and commission fees are not refunded, and penalty sanctions per ticket are the following:

1) more than 2 hours before departure - the fine is not imposed;
2) from 2 hours to 10 minutes before departure - 15% of the cost is imposed;
3) from 10 minutes before departure to 3 hours after - 25% of the cost is imposed;
4) more than 3 hours after departure - the ticket is not refunded.
